The fee mentioned = overall charges (consolidated). 

       (1) 1-day (6hr) workshop

               @ Rs. 2500 + travel*  if  your school has a native Indian language as a medium of instruction

               @ Rs. 3000 + travel*  if the school has only English medium  

               @ Rs. 4000 + travel* if the school has fancy words like international_techno_academy.. kind of words in its official name 

         (2) 2-days(~6hr) workshop

               @ Rs. 4000 + travel*  if  your school has a native Indian language as a medium of instruction

               @ Rs. 5000 + travel*  if the school has only English medium  

               @ Rs. 6000 + travel* if the school has fancy words like international_techno_academy.. kind of words in its official name 

         Ideally, 40-50 students sit in the classroom

 (*we usually travel in general compartment/ sometimes in sleeper class of train so that we need not burden the schools/ colleges) If the sessions are online, then instead of 'travel', Rs. 500 to be paid for each session additionally. Each session can span for ~120min. Ideally, the event can be spread over 2-3 days. We prefer physical visits to online wherever possible

Note: 

The educational institutes should not treat this event as a means of 'self-advertising' but rather should show a keen interest in organizing the event in such a way that the participants learn as much as possible. The teachers (any subject) must also attend the event preferably at least with a ratio of 1 to 25

Plz avoid banners that cause pollution and waste money

Avoid other formalities like decoration. No need for food arrangements for the resource person, who is a pure vegetarian. No need to collect money from students to give them snacks/ writing pads/pens etc.

The online platform with a recording facility needs to be provided by the school/ college. Else we will have to use zoom with limitations like 100 participants and a break of 5min for every 40min.

It may happen that there is a power cut/ internet cut on our side, which are not directly in my hand. In such a scenario, I will try to compensate for the lost time later (at a mutually convenient time slot) within 2months 

Ideally, 30-65 participants(including Faculty) sit in the classroom during a physical visit
