Respected sir/madam,

I am so and so(మీ పూర్తి పేరు), who has been running a trust with motto of social service. During the covid time, in order to cater to the educational needs of several students and teachers (who are otherwise depressed and spending time without proper direction), we have taken up an initiative to conduct various educational programs..which include  regular academic content and also those related to personality development.

For this we have been using the YouTube live streaming option with channel name 'Vijayeebhava v2'.  We have been doing the activities without expecting financial  returns as a social responsibility. Today (on 14-11-20), on account of children's Day, we organized some special program for children of which one was 'Netra's recital of Bhagavad-Gita'.

We received a message saying that live streaming option has been suspended/ discontinued for our channel since then quoting the violation of the rule about doing children's program after  choosing the option for live streaming as that for >=18 age group.

We admit that the choice of improper age group setting was unintentional and any how the content is apt for children too. The content is devotional / related to personality development and is to encourage the talents of children. If you look at the history of the types of programs we have being doing through you tube live for the past 3months or so, you can clearly understand that we are not doing anything that is harmful to the society. The content is children friendly. We haven't been doing any advertising in that specific video which you have pointed out as the reason for blocking the live streaming facility 

Considering these facts, we request you to restore the live streaming option for our channel. We have been encountering severe problem because of this one sided decision to stop the facility. Some of the programs that were planned had to be cancelled.

We are ready to give oral explanation (clarity) to your representative in native language..i.e. Telugu if required. 

Looking forward for positive response from your side at the earliest..
