Respected Sir/ Madam,

     We honour others' time. You have freedom to stopr reading anywhere.

     Our team has been conducting mathematical magic  / Science demos  across the country in schools/ colleges/ ప్రయాణాల్లో_ కుటుంబ_సామాజిక కార్యక్రమాల్లో/  ...

      
      The program can be conducted for your employees (/if you wish for their family members as well, especially students >=5th class to university level; even the uneducated parents also can understand >50% of the items).  

No doubt that your employees are good at quantitative aptitude/ critical thinking.  However, the items which we demonstrate can help in reinforcing some concepts in an interesting way and also give relaxation. These will be taught in such a way that the interested participants will be able to teach them to neighbours/ students/colleagues/ co-passengers/ and also in their family functions/ during office picnics! 

We wish that the participants will maintain the sanctity of knowledge sharing & will  teach the learnt items freely to many others. 

Only interested ppl should attend the workshop (including non technical staff/ office boy) with a non-commercial  academic/ studious mind.  Whole event can be video recorded and can be used for non-commercial purposes.
        

    Total duration = 2hrs (20-30 items)

    Min no. of sincere participants: 30 (at any point of time during the event this has to be maintained) ..it can go upto few hundreds as well if u have such a big hall. 

  This mail is sent to multiple people. Probably your company may not have  big rooms to accomodate 30+ ppl as in a classroom. If that is so, the program  can be had in an open corridor too with a small board to write.

 If no. of employees in ur company are less than 30, don't worry..thats when u can invite ppl from ur neighbouring company also/ family members of employees

Max limit depends on space availability and whether my voice reaches the last person/ what I write on board / do on the stage is visible to the last person. I have experience of taking class at a time face to face for >300 at a time in big auditorium (with good infrastructure)

If there are many more ppl, we can have 2 sessions, each of 2hrs..with different batches of ppl attending the sessions. Different items will be taught in two such sessions. If no. of employees is less, then 1 session is OK

Allocate a buffer time of 30min per session towards the end...this may/ may not be used.

Program is supposed to be interactive and the participants are supposed to come on to stage some times and even if they sit in their places, they're supposed to do the activities as suggested by the resource person

      Facilities needed: (1) board to write.. (2) if the audience count is >70, then the public addressing system will be useful.
               
      Please don't waste money for decoration/ banner making etc., If u wish to give a small gift on the dias, it can be a 'low cost edition' on Abdul kalam/ vivekananda/ physics_maths related preferably in Indian languages. 

No other felicitation plz. 

I am very conscious that whatever you(/we) spend will come from the common man's pocket. 

If you wish, at most you can offer 2-4 bananas for me. Nothing else to eat (except probably ..suddenly on the day of the event, your employee came from native place & brought something like Bengali(/ODiShA?) rasagulla/ Ajmer kalAkan (brought from original place..not made here in hyd/ chennai) ...that too just 1 piece)

As a 'teacher', I am worried about entering the 'companies' for certain reasons.

 (1) I hope that the org is a non-alcohol/ no-smoke zone. I don't know why in the 'air freshener perfume sprays/ ' manufacturers r mixing alcohol.  Plz avoid those. At most u may use incense  sticks/ camphor

(2) Formal attire (should be within acceptable 'decent' limits)

(3) Plz don't bring up anything that is to do with violence (=> Pure vegetarian zone)

(4) Plz avoid coffee/ tea/'energy drinks' other than probably 'fresh fruit juice'..that too not for me..but to the participants.

Don't tell me that I don't have the right to put such conditions. 

If you think that these cannot be implemented, you can plz stop reading further and close this mail. 

Hope your organization will try to utilize this opportunity by 15-9-2022 (Thursaday).  You may fill this form if willing to have the workshop. 

Cost to the company: Rs. 2700 for (every) 2hr session (through bank payment.. no cash transaction) irrespective of the number of attendees. Your company can ask for a subsidy, if you feel the need. You can opt for just 1 session instead of two sessions. If we are to have 2 sessions, then it is preferable to have a 15-50min gap in between.

As long as Iam working for an org. and getting a regular salary, additional income from such workshops (/most of the payment that you will be making) can go as a donation to the government/ NGO doing social service. Some amount will go towards the books/ science item gifts that i will be giving to participants during the class/ my travel

15-30min additional session will follow as a free gift beyond the 2hr session and it will be on bharatiscript.com (For details you may look at Bharati keyboard app/ Bharati transliterator app in playstore)

Thus the total session is for max 2.5hrs. If the participants want to have a break..it can be had mid-way for 15min. 

Each participant is supposed to have a book/ pen to write. 

Your employees studied in some schools/ colleges..they may be willing to help their schools/ colleges but might not be knowing how to do so..here is an opportunity. We can teach freely in such educational institutions (plz  get permission from such schools/ colleges of their village/ where they studied/ where they have contacts and inform me. I will try to visit atleast 5 such places recommended by participants of your company within 1 year (at the earliest possible))

During my visit to your org, I wish to spend an additional 30-90 min (if it is not a disturbance to ur activities), to  learn briefly what kind of projects your teams are doing so that I can pass that on to current students in colleges/ Visit ur 'small' library. If your employees have some small modules/ math tricks to teach me..that is also ok. Being a teacher, I should also keep learning to give best to my students!  If possible u may inform me about internship/ job opportunities which I will pass on to students in colleges.
